there are 69 "individual jobs"..

why don't the-west make a group jobs..

jobs that required more than 5 different skill or need more than two player..

I have already suggested before that maybe you can make a party..so if that gets implemented it will make all the jobs group Jobs..=D

I hope Laying the Railroad would be high fun for a group of hundreds :)

what if you could form a posse, and duel as a group against NPC's or other towns.

Been suggested ^

Maybe when there are more people working a job the chance of Xp (due to learning new techniques from teammates) and chances of Items (dirt being knocked around more)
