Getting the 3key from traveling merchant.

Im level 95 and have pure trading clothes. All skills/ap in trading and still only have 1000-5000 luck. Ill never be able to get the 3key

You can get it without premium with the same LP as would be required with premium. As long as your luck range exceeds $4800 (which it does) you should be fine.
