Its easy. Look at the report. Change you way of dueling so he never hits you and you always hit him. It works.

I'm dueling level 31 and level 31. I have only muzzle loader, not presice..... Have to buy grey waist coat and fancy cap.... Have the shoes....

Not if they don't know how to duel, and with a dueling level that's the same as character level, that's a possibility.
