Someone is founding a town at lvl.1!!!!How is this possible???I mean $ 300 at lvl.1 on the very first day

you could have made a mistake as the character might have appeared just behind a town, when he joined....

Simple Fact: When a player is founding a town at a founding spot, The Icon to found a town disapeers.

Plus, he is on the wrong side, it would show him on the right hand side of the icon.
