Investigating flat or multiplicative bonuses?

More information is needed to determine if this is a bug. Please review our questions and provide additional details.
They only have to say if the worker bonus % should work the same way as the Adventurer % bonus. Its really not that hard, since the two classes literally have the same meaning in their description a player will think that they work similarly.

If the issue is the wording then they can simply say it. Taking this long means theres an actual issue that they either have difficulties finding or maybe I'm just too optimistic and they are lazy.

Nevertheless exp bonus of worker is literally 3 more exp, in todays age and how the game has evolved that 3 extra exp is basically useless and needs a revamp.

P.s. No one says Adventurer bonus should change how it works.
I understand your point of view.
But thinking about it, 3xp+ is actually +12xp/min

That's not a small amount. In the long run... even the adventurer bonus is only advantageous for 15 seconds.
Today, getting XP items is very expensive. Leveling them up to ^2 or ^3 is almost impossible. Befall sells them at astronomical prices. I think the worker's advantage is correct in practice, and only wrong in the text for interpretation. However, those who reach level 15 don't really know. In fact, all vocations are worthy of regret, there is no absolute advantage in any of the 4, so whichever one you choose, that's it and that's it....

Duelists need targets with HP
Soldiers need a blind marksman
Worker is average, not to say mediocre...
Adventurer is useless, so useless that it's only useful when it disappears and pretends to be a ghost.

12 exp per minute means 17280 extra exp a day (doing 24 hours of 15s) which means an extra level in almost a year of 15s (around my level) or 420k of jobs done

Hi,

As I have said before, I have forwarded this to check and consideration. To be completely transparent, a definite decision about this may happen only next year. Thank you again for highlighting it, and I understand that you may wish to have a definite answer sooner, but as this touches a game mechanism present from the introduction of the bonuses, making the decision takes longer.

i can see that maybe they dont want to make it 10% real, because wouldnt supose to be that faster like nowadays to get maximum level, or that they dont want us to get it that faster... however that 10% exp bonus makes no sense existing at all, so maybe instead of making it real 10% inno could try a new skill to workers... like something duel related or like $ in jobs... but at least ask your bosses to fix the text in the class selection page, the current text makes people think that it works the same way as the adventurer luck and drop chance (10% real) @Syntex

Christmas bells are already ringing and we still won't have an answer, anyway...

I understand that they are different bonuses, different advantages, but the injustice lies in giving 5% to one and 10% to another.
In the end, an adventurer makes millions more with this, while a worker gains 5 experience points in a job. That's what's unfair.
5 points, have you seen the game's XP-to-level table?

It's been working like that for years and now you cant wait a couple of months until they will make a decision? You already got an answer that if something will change it will be from next year onwards most likely.

i know i might get some hate for this as soldiers are already strong but a quick work on their weapon lvl bonus perk should be the dueling weapon and fort fight weapon gets 3-6 levels worth of extra dmg since damage from guns are now dictated by lvls and not the level is unlocked.
