Investigating flat or multiplicative bonuses?

More information is needed to determine if this is a bug. Please review our questions and provide additional details.
The exp bonus SHOULD be Multiplicative. If not (like nowadays) is absolutely insignificant

New sets and new bonuses are diluting the character class bonuses. The only ones that remain important are:

Soldier HP (doesn't have diminishing returns)
Soldier Tactics (we all know this problem)
Dueller Duels without travel (I dont count critics because the issue here is soldier HP)
Adventurer drop and luck (Multiplicative)
Adventurer Ghosting (debatable)

The other bonuses are completly useles (free hotel, -3 lvl weapons, raised motivation, taxes, worker bonus (every set inno releases make this bonus even less important))

@Syntex Character class bonus MUST be changed and updated. Why don't you do it? Players have been asking for it for years at this point

So maybe the solution is not buffing the worker, but nerfing the soldier? Currently soldier class is best in slot in every activity existing in this game. The only thing we can achieve by buffing worker is changing the order of soldier>dueller>worker>adv to soldier>worker>dueller>adv.

what we are purposing here is not a buff, is a rework on the formula, if is like the adventurer bonus, would be a nerf below 100% exp on gear and above it would be a buff.

You cant name it "a rework" and call it a day because there are edge cases. Buff is something that makes stuff stronger, this fits the definition as it makes current bonus over 6 time stronger at minimum. And thats just jobs.

Many of us workers are really strugling with this power creeps and forever increasing bonuses
One of the many perks of being a Workers WAS the exp adventage we get (in exchange of losing some other class bonus of course)
But with the increasing Exp bonuses we get, worker class bonus is getting rather useles.
The current exp calculations are:

Exp bonus is calculated on base job exp, and in Foxes and Gun Salesman (best jobs) is 4 exp points (Insignificant)
This sould be fixed and be like this:

This way it calculates from Final Exp and not from Base.
This aproach is nothing new, considering that Adv Drop rate is calculated this way

Job Exp is merely an example, I think InnoGames should make this change in every aspect of the game (FF, Duels, Bandit Duels),

Calculate Exp Bonus from Final Exp and not Base Exp

I have not received any definite answer on this. It still under investigation and consideration, but seeing as it is a feature which has been this way from the start, I can see why it may take more time to decide how to move forward.

if it is this way as feature and not mistake, is extremely weak, the only answer that could make sense is that someone make that way or worngly or because in the past, where we dont have any sets, the real 10% was weaker than a flat 10%, which also dont make any sense cuz the adventurer luck and drop are working diferently since like you said
a feature which has been this way from the start
however the point it started this whole discussion is because in the classes description, of these 3 skills are the same (only the % is diferent)...

1783725048569.png

then why the text says the same thing, when work diferently?

there are only 3 available ways to fix it...

fix the text of the worker skill, it increases 5%-10% base exp from jobs, duels, and fort, or advent to 10%-20% the whole amount.
or
fix the adventurer luck and drop to be also flat < someone would commite sui!@#de
or the best option:
fix the exp of workers to be real 5%-10%, like adventurer drop and luck... (the way it is currently dont represent any significant advantage, and here is why:)

10% exp of 250 level amount (1.36bi) exp's is equal to level 245... but the diference can be way less depending how much exp you have on equipment, the example i used in the beta post was with 400% exp on gear, to 410% is only 3,3% more exp. and 3,3% of 250 total exp is equal to level 248... not to mention that exp is a feature that has end.

I don't know what you're talking about, but I know one thing: lowering the requirement by 3 levels to use a weapon as a Soldier is completely useless. It’s like letting Adventurers use the hotel for free up to level 4—that’s 2008-era stuff; it needs to change nowadays.
