I have done several Exploration jobs in the past earning 40-76 experience points. I have found that despite doing 6 Exploartions today, I earned 0-6 points, even though I have had the following to help me progress:

Premium accountSchedule More energy

Your character has a maximum of 150 energy points. Energy points regenerate 50% faster.

Automation

You can put four assignments in the queue to be done one after the other.

Higher income

The wages are increased by 50% and the items you'll find during your work are more valuable. The chance to find a product is also increased by 50%.

I have had the same settings before and achieved the 40-76 points, but not today.

you have probably removed some items that gives you labor points just return them and it will be better

And maybe you only did 10 minutes instead of 2 hrs.

BTW, doing a single job 6 times in one day is a sure way to diminish your returns in a hurry. Your motivation would be below 70% which is too low (IMO and many others).
