El dorado. the cattle herd picking corn

Doing above quest the cattle herd picking corn but unable to pick corn at various job sites.Can get other jobs ie fish berries etc without problem. What am I doing wrong or is it a bug

you need some labor points to get the corn. try adding some skills which suits picking corn
