Easter Awesomia Battle Join Restrictions

For the Easter Awesomia battles I will once again be monitoring signups.

If/When one side or the other exceeds the cap, a restriction on further signups to that side will be added until the other side is also reaches capacity. After which restrictions will be lifted. At 110% of capacity join restrictions may be reapplied.

Additionally, whenever one side or the other has >150% the signups of the other side a restriction on further signups to that side will be added until the other side reaches parity with the other side relative to the caps.
Eg, if caps are 130:120, and signups are 60:90, defense signups will be capped until attack reaches 98 signups (75% of 130)

I wont apply restrictions for the first 24h the battle is up; if you are looking to keep towns/allies together be sure to recruit your friends to your preferred side early.
