Yes, I do.

Until TW makes it against the rules to hit builders I will continue to do so, when I choose to. I am a builder in a few other worlds and get hit on a regular basis. Does not bother me a bit , I chose to be a builder and expect it. There are pros and cons to every character type and being a pure builder is no exception. most are fully aware they make themselves vulnerable to attacks.

It's part of the game... rather you or anyone else likes it.

Well dont come complaining if you get dueled from someone to often than, maybe its revenge for a fight against a builder ;)

One of the duelers on the town initiated a duel with a higher lvl char and they both did the same damage yet he still lost is there a way to tell who would win in this situation or will the defender always win?

Not one report of a player that has beaten an NPC yet..

come on, i know there are players out there that should be able to defeat one or two scoundrels..

Well the scoundrels should have all the Player wins listed on their profile.

I think Pearl Hart may have a perfect record still, never lost a match yet.
Doc Holiday has the most duel attempts in the 100's with only a 5 or 6 losses.

Why do I see Scoundrels with no "Wanted dead or alive" bounty on them, only "Wanted dead," but they say no PC wins in their profiles? Somebody had to have collected the "Wanted dead or alive" bounty in order for them not to have it. Do they just not update their profiles?
