This is a dueling ethics question that is somewhat off the idea of who is knocking out who with what weapon.
Is it ethical to duel somebody then immediatly quit town so that nobody can retaliate? It seems highly unethical to me, sort of like dueling you then sleeping in your hotel, dueling you then sleeping in your hotel, dueling you then going to another town's hotel and repeating the process there with somebody else. BTW, is that what people are calling 'camping'?
