Feedback Duel Event

Hi,

just wanted to say that yall a toxic bunch of coin-operated-girls always nagging about everyhing, if you deleted your toons and don't even play what are you so mad pressed about, why is it so tragic that they come up with some events nobody's forced to participate in and why are we running the same rounds at every single event/modification/update? It's meant to be a 3 week duel event, not some sort of holy grail that will sAvE tHe GaMe

An event is appreciated.. to help spice the game
Without it.. they had nothing to lose in the first place

I got bored with the West.. and now only play Fairbanks (4 temp/deleted) to socialise with my West Friends
So in hindsight.. having sent Improvement Proposals years ago (with Duel Showdown)...
... with INNO taking sooo long to get this far.. (though it was voted for with +87% in favour)
I decided to make my own West Game this year.. a functional 3D version.. & should be 100% by December
But can't promote it here (rules) - but hope to send many back to the 2D platform (who like it slower)

Tho.. it's good to finally see INNO.. or at least ENG/Mods taking the initiative to help us - Much Appreciated.

If you say in the ticket that you want to be with this and that player, a town will be created in the server start with you guys in it? like you can be duelled from the very start?

I have toons on 13 worlds, playing 7 during this event, will play 3 after event. Vacation mode is great for worlds that arent fun at the moment for whatever reason.

I very much understand why someone would be bored by this game, what I don't get is *****ing about it at every feedback post. It's not like the event team guys been asking us to show where the game has hurt us, in general, it's just for feedback about the coming event lol

They don´t whine about the events team, their efforts are appreciated. They whine about the fact that the events are just a distraction from basically no game development and from the dead regular worlds. After 1-2 weeks of the event, you still need to go back to the same dead world without much hope anything will change anytime soon.

Rinse and repeat I guess..

In the first 3 days of the event, dueling won't be possible so you will have free time to work on your strategy with your teammates and increase your craft levels. It is recommended that have at least 2 members in the town so one can be Blacksmith and the other Tonic Peddler.

When you send a ticket you can ask if you want us to create a town for you alone or for more members also if you want you can go without town and find a town in the first 3 days of the event or create one yourself.

Hiya weedon! hugs! i know that there is some negative perceptions of event worlds, heard some say they enjoy. Just keep playing regular worlds and keep having fun. give duel server a try if you wish, my understanding there has been improvements so keep the faith!

Mr>Anonymous, probably not a good question to ask player )don want anyone to get backlash) There are some perceptions out thee true or not . i personally have no idea, i havent bothered with special event servers for quite awhile. (my rationale, avoid headaches of event worlds, and not enough time and honestly just wish events geared at the bigger community rather then subsection of, or even beter get new players to game or even better work on some of the updating the game) . I am in one world where players brag in public chats of "privileged" relations with some inno special events peeps that help them in regular and special worlds .. which know likely just talk and they are likely picking up on that one of event people taking up shop and online as game master continuously in one or two worlds so small group spams they are there for them (not inno issue, its just the typical "vocal in saloon in regular basis" .. inno probably no clue this even going on, but can understand why some feel like they do when they see this. Also know that there has histoically been concens wihh events, but my understanding is that a number of changes have been made to make events even playing field, all informed of the guidelines, and prizes clearly announced) so kudos on that. Also that there has been some changes so players cant assist each other as easily. So kudos to changes, still wish there was more focus to regular worlds needing attention but at same time, can understand shy some are discouraged with events worlds.

Usually tell people join in if they think they will enjoy and that there has been improvements, i understand. Do hope all have postiive and fair experience as know long ago people got discouraged in event worlds and quit their regular worlds and know that is the opposite intent of events.

Unfortunatelly I will not be able to attend the event (8/18 days of the event out in my vacation so I can't spend them in game ) but I think overall it is well planned.
I like the idea of starting in level 140, therefore it is all versus all game, no strategy about staying low in level, duelling ability matters most (well, after availability of course)
I also like the 5 people town limit , enough for craft and town raids.
I hope the event will be a success and next year i will be able to attend it!

had few people ask about my post .. by no means am i mininizing peoples concerns and in past there has been perceptions of "fair play" either by how inno sets things up or how players play in event worlds and even in their regular worlds. I have purposely chosen not to do event worlds to avoid headache but hear there is some stuff in place to address prior issues. I assume there is check and balances on people managing events to ensure good process and fun fair pleasant experience for all .. (if not then people just move on from regular game too). By no means am i sticking up nor pals with the organizers (lol lol) and would never put my name to vouch for that stuff as have had prior negative experiences myself and not involved in it, simply stating that think there is new stuff in place to address past concerns and check and balances and proper informing of prizes. Please know not minimizing players conerns, know very much there are perceptions out there real or not.

Idk about "privileged" players. I'm sure they existed in the past, because anyone who's been around long enough, knows they did.
What I don't understand is this: If people think they have proof of such things happening now (such as chats from saloon or otherwise, teles, wtv), why do they not report it? I understand, some might think the support system is a failure and "they're all in on it". But it's not like the company is just TW support and that's that. There are contacts to actual inno employees not guys with too much free time on their hands and if people start to report such wrongdoings to the company, I'm fairly sure they'll look into it. While they might not give a flying fck about this particular brand, it's their own best interest to have as many players here as possible. They also have no ties to these people so..

Going to the forums every time there is an event or a change or literally anything happening, sending world teles on some worlds where people discuss how terrible it all has been is not fixing and will never fix anything. If nobody's willing to take real steps, then cut the whining. Accusing people that have done nothing bad is not okay and only results in said people quitting eventually, because who likes to do something on their personal time for little to no pay, only to be called all sorts of things for absolutely no reason.

didnt read all that, but think you misread and took some big leaps to something. I said know there are perceptions out there, but looks like alot of changes have been made, and check and balances and providing clear info ahead of time and afterwards. In addition changes such as size of towns, the fact that no grigo gun set as prize are examples of changes made that as player appreciate not being part as does impact regular worlds, if they are all on one side. Returned to say that not to minimize their concerns from past experiences - my thought suggest try it out and see if better, or wait until next event and get feedback from others how it went. when asked, i do say alot dont go, as it appeals to subsection of community some would honestly rather no events and focus on enhancing regular game. Did give example of that some players troll they have special relations that may (or maynot) impact perceptions furher (which is what you picked up on) r but that its likely just talk, and most just ignore - not going to take big jump into what u went onto. and will simply reply that lets face it there are some players out there that sit in saloons living to troll or brag or insults or whatever, that i dont think ever seen decrease in how often it occurs but again, big jump o discussion of reporting systems. .. sorry think your jumping on your own there.

I didnt read rest but think you misunderstood and to re=steer it that the reason made my post was to jump in seeing player asking another to single out or name others, that player has right to his own feeling of how things go but dont want didnt think was appropriate and/or baiting question and dont want anyone ganged up on (other players and fiends who might be "named") .. , care about people so dont want that to happen as unfortunately have seen that happen often as just part of game. So made post to basically say maybe dont answer that and to provide what i have heard about of some positive changes . The player being asked question from another did not make comment about the path you went down,

This is most idiotic event EVER! Apparently because i sent register ticket after 31.7. i don't get speed bonus!!!! WHY YOU ALLOW LATE REGISTER IF PEOPLE DON'T GET SAME THINGS AS THOSE THAT DID PRE-REGISTER?!?! Also i had 20min walk to GM Town for welcome on server! Seems you have too many people playing this game, so you're pushing them away from it!!!

You wait for an event, and than they ruin it for you in 1st 10 min, because they have no idea what they're doing!
