We are happy to announce that the "Day of the Dead" event will start on October 27th at 11:00am. You have the opportunity to collect plenty of Cempasúchil flowers, as these flowers will bring you some great prizes:
100 flowers: The Loteria de Muertos is unlocked.
500 flowers: You will receive a noble chest.
2000 flowers: You will receive a fancy candle for your avatar.
10000 flowers: You will receive an energy box.
20000 flowers: You will receive a pot of flowers.
35000 flowers: You will receive a painted mask for your avatar.
55000 flowers: You will receive Skeletonman's trident.
90000 flowers: You will receive Skeletonman's gun.
130000 flowers: You will receive Skeletonman's crossbow.
180000 flowers: You will receive Skeletonman's chest.
There are five special community rewards to unlock, which include two items, red rivers, an achievement and a brand new questline. So grab your basket and go collect some flowers! As usual, all you need to do is work, duel, battle or build your way to riches. You can also give or receive flowers with your friends!
The event ends on November 14th at 23:59pm. At each stage of the game, you must make a 50-50 decision and select one of two cards: behind one card is the Aztec Sun and behind the other is the Grim Reaper. Pick the correct card and you have the option to play on or cash in for a prize, otherwise it's game over and you'll receive just 25 flowers for your efforts.
There are five stages in total, roughly corresponding to the regular common, uncommon, rare and very rare categories. If you draw the wrong card at any stage, it is possible to cheat death for a cost of 25, 50, 100, 200 or 400 nuggets respectively. Starting more games on the same day costs 25 nuggets. In the 5th stage, use nuggets to exchange your reward with another random reward.
What's new?
As with every year, Maya wants to celebrate the Day of the Dead. This year however, she wishes to spend the time with a Mexican family and take part to their fiesta.
This questline contains 12 quests and is available for every player who already finished the quest "Showdown (Save the saloon, Part 2)".
For finishing the final quest, the achievement "Día de los Angelitos" is unlocked which will grant you the title "La Catrina helper".
