classes rebalance for duel

to give non-dulel-focused clases some advantage

Soldier: many people speak about remove tactic bonus, HP capacity bonus make them almost un K.O.able even without tactic bonus. but soldiers are not what i want to speak about or change. this thread have to about workers and adventurers.

Duelist: 15/30 minutes range is powerfull in offense, not need deserve to be buffed anyways

Adventurers: mosttimes looking for crafting products at jobs, they were designed for it.
posible buff to protect them from unwanted K.O. : Duels against adventurers (adventurer in defense) have only 6 rounds instead of 8 for both players, adventurer duels in offense stay unchanged and offensive adventurers will have standart 8 rounds, unless dueling other adventurer.

Worker: mosttimes building the town.
Can not be dueled during building of town (unless the worker attack someone before start building, same as with sleaping in hotel/fort after initiating duel)
