I have already bought most of them as well as I've already completed the quests requiring lots of them (the one where we need all blue parts of waupee items for example). I'm not talking for myself but in a general way : it might be very difficult to complete these quests or achievements if there's NO town at all with the required items, which can easily happen in inactive worlds when there are so few waupee items in each town, and where towns easily become ghost towns or are never fully built. I talked about my own town only to explain how I saw there was a general problem (I checked first in my town, then in others and it was the same).
According to Pankreas PorFavor's message seems like there's also the reverse problem though : a few towns with lots of these items + new ones compared to most other towns. I haven't seen any in Kansas yet but I only checked the top rank towns + randomly a few other ones, and mainly for waupee's items. For the new henry, maya and john items, it seemed to me there were not a lot but at least one of each, in each type of shop and in all towns that I checked. If it was the same for all towns and if it was the same for waupee items as well, it'd already be much less a problem, but seems like that's currently far from being the case. If there are very few towns with too many of these items, that's also a distribution problem.

A few things:
- you build the tailor shop to level 15 - and then? From level 16-25 you get only 3 items? How is that supposed to work? Same for other shops.
- I noticed a town that has 19 Waupee, Maya, John and Henry items in their Tailor shop, and 18 of them in General Store (KASTAMOMU 37 in Dakota). Why?
- Black Maya's high heels cost $220k. Shouldn't it be $22k?
- Blue John's shirt has Shooting twice
There are probably more, but these are just a few things I noticed by coincidence.
Best tactics ever!
