Have you tried using a weapon that doesn’t do any damage and gear that doesn’t provide any dueling skills?

Remember that Fist is a weapon that DOES deal damage, so any damage enhancements from buffs or other gear will affect that.

This works - you can use the Bible and or any other 0-0 weapons (e.g. Valentine's Bouquets).

Yeah. I know. I was trying to give the answer without explicitly telling them “just equip an Old Bible”

I unequiped everything, but i dont own a bible or a Valentine's Bouquets. How do i complete this quest?

Go into it already hurt?

You can also try moving all of your SP away dueling skills.

Do NPC duels to lower your HP (while wearing no clothes, etc...). If you get ko'd doing that, you only need to wait for enough xp to do the one you need to do,.

This worked. Even with 1 hp, I had to try several times.

I thought it was against the rules to intentionally lose duels?

Yet, we have quests that require this to complete them...difference being, in the quests, it's losing against an NPC, not an actual player.

It's all dependent on one's interpretation of explanations given or the rules as interpreted by those of authority.
I'm just trying to be funny, I know losing duels isn't against the rules. lol
