Can't play the game

I haven't been able to play the game since Friday. Most of the time the loading stops at 99% and when it does load I can't do anything. I can't do any jobs and all in-game windows open blank.

I have no idea even were to start. I didn't do anything special before it happened. Just doing some jobs to get things for the repeating Christmas quest, rested at an Hotel and the next day the game would not load. And I don't know how to fix it since I can't do anything in the game at all.
