Confirmed can't login to arizona

This is a confirmed bug and has been reported to our developers. No further updates will be provided here — please follow the changelogs to stay informed on when it is resolved.

I think they accidentally closed arizona instead of galveston, that world was supposed to be closed today, was able to login. LMAO

Unfortunately, we have reached the sad moment when the world will soon be closed. The Galveston World will close its doors completely during the day on 2026-05-12 and login will not be possible thereafter.

In order to not loose your progress we kindly ask you to migrate your character to another active world. Currently you can transfer your character to the following worlds:

Arizona
Briscoe
Dakota
Fairbank
Juárez
Kansas (new)

That happens on Colorado as well, and it's happening for a while when there are a lot of players online and doing activities. I believe it puts a high strain on their servers so that's why changing clothes takes much more time.
 
It has nothing to do with players online...this lag was already happening only after visiting the crafting page but now it's anywhere.
 
We experience some issues on all servers after the update, our system administrators are working on it. And of course, we did not close Arizona by mistake.

Next time please create a ticket too, server unavailability problems are urgent matter, and they will be spotted faster there, than on the forum.

I tried but it was experiencing difficulty too in support.
 
Did happen in Colorado after a FF yesterday as well for 3-4 minutes, completely crashed. Many issues after the update hope they are working on them
 
Not an AZ thing, but I havent received a straight answer for why, since recent update and temp patches, there is a login error. Is it a me thing or what, but certain worlds are held to a timeout, specifically a prompt of:

This site can’t be reached​

en29.the-west.net’s DNS address could not be found. Diagnosing the problem.


DNS_PROBE_POSSIBLE

I just cant understand how some worlds are affected and others are not. If I'm wrong and its a "me" issue, I'll apologize for my next words, but this game has become utterly, seriously, tenuously UNPLAYABLE and its absolutely beyond unfair and simply needing 0 effort on upgrades because they are just ruining the game vs improvements. Take care. See you on the prairie when/if I can login.

They dont do updates but downhrades of the game for more than 8 months already. Dont expect anything to change in the near future.
