Calculating Danger

Hi.
I'm brand new to the west this is the first world I have played.
I'd like to know if there is a formula for calculating risk. I'm a nomad and carry all my money around and don't want to risk losing it by doing a high risk job with not enough LP.

If this has been asked and answered before I'd be obliged if somebody could direct me to the thread.

If your doing a job with less than 10 LP you stand a good chance of getting an injury the closer you are to 1 LP the more the injury will hurt in general.

1- the danger % of job
2- labor points as azuk said
3- and motivation

Low motivation = higher chance of serious injuries.
That is stated clearly in the help.
