hi , i would like to buy some clothing from other towns than mine. the problem is that i can only see maximum lvl 8 goods. i have to be a member of the town to see all the goods in the store or is another way to buy goods higher than lvl. 8?

Unfortunately not.

You will need to join their town to see the items or you can check if the items for their town is displayed here.

and the only way i can buy the items higher than lvl 8 is to join the town?
