I'm not sure...don't sales etc. kick in around 10AM? Nothing yet. If they are having one, they're leaving it a little late...

Da Twista posted a thread in The Western Star that was taken down just a couple of minutes afterwards. If I remember correctly, he stated that all items in the UP-shop would be discounted by 15% starting from 11:59 AM.
