Bignose Kate's Keno is Here, and it's Our Most Exciting Event Yet!

Hello faithful players of The West! Today we are excited to announce the long-anticipated return of our hugely popular and highly subscribed event: keno, which was previously coined "Lotto". This event will once again be run by our enthusiastic Game Master team!

Many of you will recall the format which we used for our previous Lotto. However, for this event we will be making quite a few alterations to the way in which the event works and also to the types of prizes available for you folks to win! This time around, we will be running two separate prize pools, each with different entry charges. To read more about both of these separate events, please see below!
Before we continue to the main chunk of the information on this page, we would like to say that we are looking forward to bringing this event to you! We sincerely hope that you will be as excited about it as we are and that the participation will be as high as it was for the previous Lotto!

Below, you can view both of our Keno events. Please ensure that you read and understand the rules before submitting an entry.

Keno 1:

This Keno will have a $15,000 entry fee.
You will be required to choose five separate numbers from 1 – 20.

Prizes:

Each week, we will have three prizes to be won. The prizes for each week’s event will be announced after 15:00 server time on the Tuesday preceding the week in which the event will be held. Many different types of prize will be available to win throughout the duration of these events, ranging from rare items, to standard shop items, to premium medals bundles.

  • The first place prize will require a player to have guessed all five numbers set out for the week.
  • The second place prize will require a player to have guessed four of the five numbers set out for the week.
  • The third place prize will require a player to have guessed three of the five numbers set out for the week.
If all entrants fail to guess the numbers corresponding to a prize, the prize will roll over to the next week, whilst also doubling in quantity. For example, if the 1st place prize for Week #1 was a bundle of three Precise Single Shot Rifles, then Week #2’s 1st place prize will be a bundle of six Precise Single Shot Rifles.
The available prizes will change each week if a correct guess is made for a particular prize.

However, this isn't all! We have more excitement in store for you with this particular Keno! In the case that the 1st place prize has not been won after four weeks, we will be picking additional numbers for more chances to win. This way, it will not be possible for there to be a prize pot which has stood and been doubled for five weeks running.

How to enter:

To enter this Keno, you will be required to submit a ticket to our support system. In the subject header of the ticket, you will be required to type Keno 1 - Week #(Number of Week). In the main body of the ticket, please again specify which Keno you intend to submit an entry for and also specify how many entries you wish to make for that specific week. The main body should also include your five chosen numbers for each entry. However, please ensure that you have the necessary funds in your bank account to support your entries. One entry will cost you $15,000. To enter, you must have at least $15,000 in your bank account. If this condition is not met, then you will not be allowed to enter.
You will be able to view the number of the week for which you are entering in our separate forum thread, which you will find linked below.

Entries must be made between 00:01 server time on the Monday of the week at hand and 12:00 server time on the Sunday of that same week to be counted. Entries submitted outside this time frame will not be accepted into this Keno.

Keno 2:

This Keno will have a $10,000 entry fee.
Twenty winners will be picked randomly from the total number of the entrants.

Prizes:

Rewards for this lotto will include, but will not be restricted to, lower valued rare items, premium medals and shop items.

Additionally, for every fiftieth entry, we will be distributing premium medals as a separate prize.

How to enter:

To enter this Keno, the player must submit a ticket to the support system. No numbers need to be chosen for this particular lottery event. However, please ensure that you have the necessary funds in your bank account to support your entry. An entry will cost you $10,000. If this condition is not met, then you will not be allowed to enter.
You will be able to view the number of the week for which you are entering in our separate forum thread, which you will find linked below.

In the subject header of the ticket, you will be required to type Keno 2 - Week #(Number of Week)

Please ensure that all of the Game Rules are abided by at all times.
The Community Manager and GM Event Manager reserve the right to exclude anyone from Bignose Kate's Keno in the event that cheating or otherwise suspicious behaviour is found.

Please note that this is a trial run event for weeks #1 and #2. Mechanics, prizes and entry fees may be adjusted once we have tested the event.

We have decided to bring this event back to community! But of course the first week we are going to start small and actually carry on where we left off from last time we held this event. But with the 1st week, we will half the entry fee down from $15000 to $7500.

Please note, if you wish to enter in from more than one world, a separate ticket needs to be opened for each world in this case.

Spot prizes will be handed out to every 50th entrant. This taking the total amount of entries at the end divided 50, and randomly selecting the total amount of players from the pool.
