hey im finding it hard [ EVEN ON LV 1 ] to gain exp . what is the best way and how long [ meaning 10 mins or 30 mins or 1 hr ] and the best way to get skill points

I think it is best to set it for 2 hours. Its not to good to do any job for 10 mins you don't get much. Patience is key. Set your char to work for a few hours and go make yourself some waffles

at level 1 you certainly won't be gaining xp fast. trust me once you specialise in a certain area a lot of jobs providing good xp will come to you

Stick to the introduction quests for the start. I think they take you tolevel 7 or so in a few days. Some of the quest rewards are exp. And have a look at http://weststats.com to plan ahead on jobs.

There is a little trick i use but it takes time wich gets you 100% in the top 5
