Ok, let's see...

Fort holders (defenders) are Shallow Graves and Way Out West...
I should help SH definetly... But the second town says this:
Worker NAP plus shopping
The Bandits

Although we're not allies, it would be unbelievable to be on a side against SH because we were on the same side many times. If I attacked them I would feel like a betrayer.
But this other town is "friendly" to a builderkilling town. I can't help such town by joining the defending side, sorry. Call your builderkilling friends to help you.

The forts in Arizona are getting bigger so army will need to get bigger and better.
