Bashing rule..

Hi guys, i know there are some problems with a dueler repeatedly dueling somebody for like 5 times even more, i think i have found an idea..While playing this game i am also playing other games,on the other game that i am playing they have this system that you cannot attack the same player for more than 4 times if you do that is called bashing and you get punished for it..here maybe we can implement the idea..if a person attacks the same person more than 3 times we can report the said person and that person can get banned for a certain amount of days..

If said construtor gets 'bashed' he asks his dueling town mates to take revenge, or he gets some duelling skills, or he gets together a posse and robs their bank.

i dont like this idea. there is always ways to stop "bashing" just like Mad John said. Would this also concern inactive players?
