Are the players labeled "banned" kicked from the game or this just some weird alliance thing?

The players that appear as banned are punished for breaking one of the game's rules. Some players get unbanned, but most of them don't. In the cases when the ban is not removed, the account of the banned player will be deleted in 45 days.

Can't add anything to what Duduie said, besides that you could use the search button next time, it's probably faster.

The vast majority of banned players are multis. Locking this because I don't think there's anything else to add and these threads usually lead to discussion of specific bans. PM me if you don't consider your question resolved.
