I agree! Very nice work indeed. I'd wager you painted this in Flash? It has that feel to it. It certainly is a vector image...

Thanks guys!! <3 I'm an animator, but I definitely love illustration. :)

@Orgo - good guess haha, now that u mention it I definitely get that vibe. It was drawn/colored in photoshop with the brush tool, most of the shading done with an angled brush.

Looks like it would be a breeze to convert it to vector, using Streamline or one of the other tools available out there.

Ooo I haven't heard of Streamline, I'll have to look into that.
