Personal Requirements/Requests: Oregon, the town where I'm living has been inactive for weeks now. Theres over $12,000.00 in the town treasury because we've had no active builders doing anything with it. We've also developed a rash of duelers that have started preying on the few remaining folks there because no one left has a decent dueling build. By now I've gotten to the point where I need to buy better equipment to advance but the town cant grow to the point where I'll be able to buy it.
