The tradesman announcement said the items he trades will change but they've been the same since the beginning. It said work instructions were going to be one of the items we can trade to him. When is this "switch" going to happen?

When exchanging products, please take into account that the game may change and one day there may be new tasks, quests, new levels or new formulas for which you could use these items.

If Angus McGuffin's offer is missing a product that you would like to exchange and you can't sell it at the mobile trader, leave us a comment."
Not sure why you would put work instructions in the Event post details then not have it for trade at Angus McGuffin's.
Well i am as the OP suggested, asking for Work Instructions to go on Angus's trade list. All of them. Don't care if the simple and expert get the same trade, they are as you suggested not useful to me.
