Hiya, I'm thinking on moving my Arizona soldier to w12, is the world more or less alive than Arizona?

w12 is not currently in its Golden Age. At best, 11 and 12 only have one battle a day usually, unlike 2 or 3 for w13. When we have more they're generally multis. Things will get better when everyone quits feeling sorry for themselves. If you're looking for dueling instead of battles, I couldn't say.
