Best thing to do is just click on all the towns around u big enough for a general store and look... it'll be a lot quicker... or
Ask the forum users if they have a blue bandana in the North East, Est, South East etc etc bascily ask for around u.

Could check out Weststats.....some towns have their General Store invetory put up there.

There's also a newly implemented item search function that will allow you to find the town that is closest to you with the desired item that you are looking for.
