In the the west db site, it says you must have labor points of 730. Where can you see that on your character?

Open the job window for the appropriate job (probably grave robbing in this case) and mouse-over this part, it'll show you your labour points for that job.
Labour points are just the sum of all of your relevant skills assigned to the job.
