2nd Avatar of Valentine Event is Bugged?

So the first Avatar award is chocolate and its under Stances.
But I have yet to find the second one -the Scarf (as the definition and preview suggests) .. that is unlocked via 35k hearts.

It's under Accessories... try refreshing page if you have just received

Tried accessories and refreshing many times, but nop.

At least now I know where I don't need to look, thanks

I have the same issue, contacted support and they said it's already a known bug guess we gotta wait for a fix hehe
