2013 quest, and lots of them

Hey all.

I have started once again playing the west. And i can see that a whole bunch of quest has been released in 2013 witch have run out again i think.

Will all these quest be available at the same time again this year or is it just to late ?
I am a bit of perfectionist and would love to complete all quest, so i would be sad, if the time has just past and there is nothing to do.

Quests which are available for limited times are usually repeated same time next year, albeit for different rewards if you've completed them first time around.

You may be able to do them for their original rewards when they're available next time.
