Unfortunately not. Only if you would grey out all of them manually. Or you could deactivate all items and then show all non-set-items and activate them. I'll send @Petee an email, so he can add the new sets.

The last quest of Secrets of The West doesn‘t remove the 10th bday cake. It’s just a reference to the hernando quest. You can keep the cake. You could block quest 152, too. Quest 153 is needed for note 3 as well.

Good news. They added support for the event. It's the last one at the bottom of the drop-down list. It's called TS - World 1: https://www.westforts.com/ts1/events

I contacted the support of westforts and requested to add the event server to the list. If I don't get an answer after some days, I'll make that tweak to the import script.

Because it was fixed with todays update on v2.58.

The Attack bonus of Wright brother's set was changed with v2.57 by mistake. We were aware of that but it didn't make it in the fix at the 3. July. It will be fixed again with update v2.58.
