please, please do something with adventures.... they are dying !!!
add new sets in items you can earn by winning, new chest we can buy with veteran points.... you have added new achievements with adventure, but noone can rich them because almost no one is playing. There are many players like them a lot....but today, you can wait all day long to play and nothing happen!

Adventures will get a major shake up if/when the “secret project” ever goes live, as the best geared players are often those with the most xp so the artificial imbalance of everyone at level 150 will disappear making matchups substantially better

What? So chars at lvl 100 won't be in the same match with chars at lvl 150+ and upgraded gear? I don't think that will solve the hours of waiting for a match to start, or any of the many other issues with adventures. What about making it against bots with similar gear/lvl/etc as the char playing the "adventure" instead of against other players?

or this works as well:
Its way past time to just remove them completely.

The requirement for an adventure is still in the easter questline, another stupid decision by inno. Remove it.

If the matchups are greatly improved then the gameplay will be less tedious making some players more willing to participate which may provide the critical mass to help with the wait time issue. It can also justify incorporating adventures into an in-game contest to help with that threshold at first and hopefully get more players into a routine. If that does happen then dev work on Dalton, Cooks, and Outlaw may be justified and incorporation of Wisdom potions into a new version of loot chest could be in play.

A lot of ifs, but it’s something…

Well at least make gear independant from game, so one can go in adventures gear even building church! Or put set with bonuses from Perry(attack/deffence) with high construction/leadership/repearing for halloween... because now you do boring church building and can't play adventures because you can't change clothings.

Until/unless the wait time is eliminated, some of us will NEVER play adventures, no matter what other 'fixes' are implemented.
It doesn't help to make them a mandatory thing in quests. That just makes quests that people won't bother doing, not increase the numbers playing or trying to play adventures. As for better matchups and gear, I don't think that will really increase the player base enough to make much difference in the wait time ether.

I will explore if there's any mechanism to give team members insight into wait times/queue size to see if we could trigger some messages from henry (or even queueing by team members with player accounts) if/when the wait-times are long but there are enough people queued that prompting a couple more to queue would put a match over the top.

Please only personal messages from Henry. There is no need to spam everyone for the few people that care about adventures. Or use a separate chat room for this.

Sorry, but that is a pipe dream. Adventures are just not fun to play for most players.
Making it easier for fans of adventures to agree when to play (aka not being stretched over 24 hours) might be the best you can do.

"Getting more people into a routine" only works when the game mode is fun. Adding rewards or having a contest can boost a game mode, but if people don't enjoy the game and it's full of toxic, frustrated people, they are not going to play this except for the rewards or quest progress.
Just compare it with fort fights.
