Upgraded Hawaiian Belt and Red Soccer Ball Bonus

When Hawaiian Belt and Red Soccer Ball are both upgraded to level 1, the speed bonus jumps to 200% from the original 100%, unless intended the usual upgrade jump per level is 10%.

umm might of let us known this was a bug before we spent the nugs to get it to 200,or else i wouldnt have upgraded the ball just for 10 percent more

It think it's pretty obvious it's a bug when it doesn't follow the regular upgrade rules.
