yes you can for right price. depends on the world and if you have the in game cash or something worth swapping someone.

no the event is over where you could have gotten full chests with full sets inside. now you can only get them on market from players selling. or wait until xmas event for chance to get the full set again

There are a few sets you can buy in one chest. They are the class sets. Dueler Set, Adventurer Set, Soldier Set, etc. But not any special sets like Butch Cassidy's as diss said.

I wouldn't recommend buying any of the class set's.. Save your bonds/gold and use them for the next event's where no doubt they will have good sets again or wait for Christmas like diss said
