Ways of getting money for pure HP tanks.

Hey, I have all my sp and ap in Strength/HP. How can I gain a lot of money. What are the best jobs. Ect

Jobs are never the best way of getting money. You'd be better off buying steel chests with the bonds you get from battles, you'll get named items fairly regularly which you can sell for a lot of money in some cases.

If you're looking for jobs, you can find them yourself using TW-DB's Clothcalc, or if you don't want to download it, their Calculator.

If you want to do jobs and earn money, it's pretty hard. You can try and collect products on a daily basis and sell those off, that can make some but it's a lot of time investment and not a huge amount of cash return. But hey, it's something!

better, yet - start crafting. Some stuff needed for other professions, like pans, jug of water are in high demand. Other buffs like jam, bayonets - and even modern armor will bring you good money.

I wouldn't suggest crafting as a method of money making, as the amount of time and effort (and money) you need to invest into it isn't worth the return. I don't know if anyone with a high crafting level did it for the money.

Best jobs:
Mine saltpeter, Mine sulphur, Construct a mission and Construct a casino.

Like you said, jobs aren't the best way of getting money. Selling shinnies from chests aren't too, as the drop rate is low and the bonds could be used for more useful purposes like the tombolas and reskill potions

That leaves crafting - you can sell a jug for $1000, but if you make a jug of water, you'll get $3000. It does consume time, but money doesn't grow on trees :)

You can sell steel chests from 60-100k depending on servers. Do that a few times and you have a fair amount of cash. Crafting is okay, but then you spend a lot of cash purchasing the products to craft or heaps of time to find them.

The drop rate is not as low as you'd think. I have every named item, nearly all of which came from steel chests and I haven't bought an inordinate amount. The rest I bought off the market with the money I got by selling my duplicates, meaning if I was someone who doesn't care about owning all items I'd be able to have even more cash.

I guess if you only mean selling the low end crafting items such as jugs of water then it's not such a bad idea, but trying to get all the way to modern armour just for the money probably isn't going to be very profitable; you'll have to buy items from other professions and/or products (if you don't want to spend hours gathering them yourself, in which case even jobs will still be better cash).

Would you care to elaborate or are you going to leave it at that unhelpful piece of advice?

Look at the market what things like berries, beans, cotton, granite, coal and so on is selling for a lot of crafters and people building forts are paying a premium price for a lot of products.

The job don't make much money the money is in selling the product on the market, what the product is depends on your world.

I have a good friend who had been picking cotton until he got over 500+ probably and that is how much k's he got from it.

I think the best way is to observe the market and see what people are buying and at which prices. Knowing the correct prices for items can help a lot because some people post their item at rather low price and quick resell can get you some profit. Trading in "rare" items is the best way imo.

It's a bit risky though if you're not good at it.

I agree and thats why knowing the market prices is important. I have a nice example from 2 days ago on w12 where i bought Allens pepperbox for 50k and sold it few hours later for 80k. I was lucky to buy it on market for 50k in the first place but since i know its worth more it got me a nice little earner :D

The drop rate is still low, futu - low enough not to merit wasting 175 bonds on buying one of these chests. I actually opened 8 steel chests today - got cody's, pillow, fancy soft leg guards, fancy stetson, fancy coat, precise Winchester, precise schofield, fancy jeans. All junk if you ask me

yeah, getting up there just for making money is hard. Someday, i'll try it out and see if it works or not ;)

DeletedUser15641

well, you still could sell the chests !

It'll be worth more than those stuff combined by one steel I think or is that the old market? :D

DeletedUser22685

I always forget about selling chests because I never do it, $50-60k for 175 bonds is a pretty good deal though.

Sell crafted items, build cash and play the market. Also like mentioned. Use your battle bonds for steel chests and sell.
