hi guys, im kinda new to the whole fort fighting business but with the death of dueling (IMO) i shall be a fort fighter on Briscoe and future worlds, basicaly my question is what is the hp of a soldier tank class (200+hp)? and if i am not after jobs what are the ideal set of skills for me to have? (its gonna be a slow developement character so not really bothered about lvling up a bit slowly if i can fight at lower levels)
Thanks ^.^

 • +4 bonus with 23 points and up
 • +5 bonus with 43 points and up
 • +6 bonus with 71 points and up
 • +7 bonus with 108 points and up

Sorry, didnt keep an eye on it earlier.
Thanks.

So, do i get it right, from attacker point of view, it's best to set ur SP equally to gain most benefit ?
50 aim 50 leadership and 50 stamina ? equals 14.34
instead of 140 leadership 5 aim and 5 stamina what equals 9.2

Ohnos already asked that, but i didnt quite get it, why is that a bad idea ?

It's a bad idea to focus too much on one skill, because you get less and less extra benefit as the skill level gets higher and higher.

Raising a skill 10 points gives the following benefits:
From 10 to 20 = +0.80 points
From 100 to 110 = +0.25 points

So you can see that raising lower skills gives more benefit than raising high skills.

Got a question about the towers.
Can someone give me the bonuses of the towers/wall/HQ etc?
I just can't find it

No wonder you can't find it, I've never seen a topic with that info.
Besides there were several bugs with those (for example tower level 3 and 4 had the same bonuses and that was fixed IIRC in update 1.27, then displayed chance to hit was applying to dodge, and chance to dodge to hit which was fixed in the last update).

But when you join a fight, in first 5 minutes you can see what bonuses certain sector has, just move mouse over it (it's displayed as chance to hit, chance to dodge, height).

I know that, but was wondering if someone wrote them down. Gonna figure it out.

Question:
does leadership effect on % to dodg / hit.
becouse i have 88 on dodg and 108 on hidding but still pretty low % to dodg. (my leadership is 25 ;) )

Chance to dodge = 10+leadership^0,4+hiding^0,4+dodging^0,4

For u: 10+25^0,4+88^0,4+108^0,4=26,13% chance to dodge a shot.

Chance to hit = 25+leadership^0,4+aim^0,4+stamina^0,4

Leadership affects both chances (hit and dodge)

What is this point stuff about?

Chance to dodge = 10+leadership^0,4+hiding^0,4+dodging^0,4

Chance to hit = 25+leadership^0,4+aim^0,4+stamina^0,4

if im defending hidding replace stamina, and if im attacking stamina replace hidding.
correct?

~Balanced Build~

Level 20
20 Strength AP (100%)
50 Stamina (83%)
10 Leadership (17%)
Top four Jobs: Hunting Coyotes (Xp), Picking Agaves (Xp), Building Bridges (Xp), Well Drilling (Xp)

Is the 50 stamina seperate to the 20 ap? so at lvl 20 i should have a total of 70 stamina?

DeletedUser

Yes it does, but the bonus is so low that it's a skillpoint waster to pump up the skill skyhigh.

This may be a dumb question but I noticed that in the builds that Sauceysauce suggests Leadership stops at 108 points. Does it not help in battles to have more than 108 leadership?

Thanks for the help!

Does this need to be base, or is it the same if i get to 108 and higher with items? Im trying to respec to a tank with tons of hp. i currently have 50 leadership and 60 hp with 52 points left to distribute. i am way over 108 leadership with items. should i get to 108 with items then dump the rest on hp? thanks for the help.

Can anyone tell me which is the correct sp distribution for fort fights? Is it the original one that everyone seems to quote and use that is at the beginning of this thread or the one that only JoxerTM seems to refer to? Clarification of this would really help everyone reading this thread. Thanks.

PS, apart from HP, I think that lady luck sitting on your shoulder is way more important than any of the other stats!
