Why is it so hard to get corn?

Is anyone else having this problem? I farm for 3 hours and get like 1 ear of corn, what's up with that????? Am I doing something wrong?(tumble)

lol, I got the handcuffs doing a quest, still don't know why I need them.... I finally got 3 corn, still need three more. It took probably 6 hours to get them, with a 25% chance. It just seems that somethings off on the drop rate with those stats.

Some days chickens some days feathers it's the same for all unless you have premium then it's the same for all with premium.

Its all bad luck, try not to run your motivation down, do other jobs and come back to it.

It is not bad luck.
Everyone has the same problem with Corn and Corn only.
I bet the actual drop rate is 10-11% and not 25% as displayed ingame.

Corn can be nasty indeed, try praying before you queue it again, it might help a bit :)

With evidence it could be revised if such a thing is proved Joxer.

Sorry, but I simply don't have reports from all my townmembers that asked me why is corn near impossible to get unlike other items with declared 25% probability. We got past those few quests that needed corn a couple of months ago on w12 and a couple of weeks ago on w13.
And I'm not going on w14 (and no other skillbuying world), otherwise I'd collect all reports.

Yes I know, no pic, no proof, but what else can I say but all of my townmates had a nasty problem with corn. And only corn.

keep it, or you will need a lot time finding it in the future :)

Well for me I need corn for a quest.

First 2 hours = 1 corn ... which is a 25% drop rate
Second 2 hours = 0 ... %
Third 2 hours : 2 ... 50% drop rate
Fourth : 1.... 25%

So exactly 25% average when I did it :)

Well I have to agree with this thread, apart from me knowing that it always seems to be next to impossible to get corn this time I'm playing with a premium adventurer in Briscoe and whaddya know? With the character bonus and the extra income premium the drop rate should be 58% but I just did 2 hours and got nothing.

Corn it seems has always been extra difficult to get and I have no idea why...

:/ Im not sure if its super good luck, but Ive never not gotten the item I was searching for. In one or two hours, regardless of search rate, I tend to get them. More than one. One trading is out, hopefully, I can help others with that. :D

I've got to agree. I must have spent nine hours trying to get enough corn. It was my nemesis. At the end, I just had to laugh about it. I never knew an ear of corn was so rare and valuable.

Well porn is often considered socially undesirable so the magazines are put on difficult to access shelves and employers install internet site blockers and various do-goody types will......oh! CORN!...... why is it so hard to get CORN? Sorry, I misread....no...never had any problem getting that.
