Can, anyone Please give advice and details for changing, the TONW LOGO?

also, can the Flag on the Town Hall, be Changed? Would like to add both a Flag and Pole to the Town!

Go to Town Hall > Management and upload an image for the logo. And no, the town hall flag cannot be changed.

If you take over a ghost town the previous flag and town bulletin...thingy...(right below the flag) is reloaded until you change it.

I've tried to change the logo on my town, but it hasn't changed...any ideas of what I am doing wrong?

You have to wait until either the next 15 minute update or hourly update for it to show, I forget which.
