I intend to only use my own money to construct buildings and so would like not to have to pay fees/taxes since I will be spending roughly $240 every 2 hours of construction out of my own pocket.
Personal Requirements/Requests: I want an active town where there is leadership and active recruiting. I am actively involved in the town I am in, but there is no active recruitment and I am afraid it is doomed to fail. I don't mind taking a leadership role if I must, but I am more the advisor type.
