Country fair - important question

Is there a pattern of which products will be need for its construction ? Like a loggical sequence...

I mean ... now the faire asks for cotton, but next one will ask for wood

Hope you understand my doubt...

There are a couple of easy products (low level jobs) and a couple of harder products (higher level jobs). Besides that, it's all random.
