Possible droppable items for each job

DeletedUser21816

OK, i want to gather info (perhaps it's a lot of info ) on what items will drop for each job apart from your actual job products. It would save time for others to know what items they could "possibly" find (part 1 notes as an example), by doing that particular job. And it will save yourself money in the end, instead of trying to find the nearest/allied town that actually has it in their stores to buy that specific item. Non-premiums & premiums can help, please mention if it was doing with premium or not. And add the Price value as pointed out by x.Peter.x Thanks in advance.
Set items, Fort weapons, Weapons please add selling price value it's easier :)
Now added excel sheet :p

I honestly don't see the point in this... I can understand collecting the value range of the items available for each job... but collecting EVERY SINGLE ITEM that can be found for each job is simply redundant and a waste of time / energy.

The time spent gathering this list (which is going to grow at an exponential rate) could much more easily be spent gathering the value range, which in turn can be used exactly the same as this master item list.

For instance, The way you plan to do this:

Job1 1%:item1
Job2 2%:item1, item2
Job3 3%:item1, item2, item3
...
Job15 15%: item1, item2, item3, item4, item5, item6, item7, item8, item9, item10, item11, item12, item13, item14, item15

ALL THE WAY UP TO 95% ???... no thanks...

When this could EASILY be done in the following fashion:

Random Person: Hey I found an item of $245 value @ Job 33% !!! New maximum value found!
You: OK Cool thanks!

Job1 1%: $1-$22
Job2 2%: $2-$34
....
Job33 33%: $45-245

See what I mean? Your list, if you should decide to maintain it, is going to be EXTREMELY crowded / hard to read...

I am not really sure it will help (as only the value of the items means anything in my opinion), but I am willing to share ... :

@ x.Peter.x

Yes i know, see your point, but some people are lazy to find what value the item is. So they might just do Ctrl + f and find it in here.

When i gathered enough info i'm planning on adding the price value range you would be able to get.

I would sorely love this to succeed , however it's my understanding that the value of the item found at each respective job is also effected by your own level and the number of labour points you have at the job. (not sure about motivation)

If you were to take that into account them it will be a mammoth task , but if you dont take it into consideration then the accuracy of the data collected would be questionable.

Good luck with this , I fear you will need it :)

The best items I've found so far, both non-premium, using 2% luck from the Holiday Set are:

Transport Ammunition - Sleepyhead
and
Repairing a Covered Wagon - Harquebus

Good luck.
:)

DeletedUser21816

Yes, it's a huge task. No i'm not planning on doing the motivation and LP. It would be a lot more baggage lol.

Thanks for the Price value Lochem :)

No problem.
Like x.Peter.x said - I believe this is the only relevant parameter.
If you want to do it right - Peter's suggestion is the way to go ...

Think about it ;)

I'm doing > this thread < on brazilian forum, the higher and lower value with or without premium, to see the range of each job...

Take a look, i might get some "organizing" idea (its in portuguese, but google would help)

Yes i see, and i know the values are more important. i'm just gonna see how far we get with it. Might change after some time. And add an excell sheet in the end.

Added the excel sheet in first post, let me know if it looks better.

This sounds like a better idea. I am pretty sure that your chance to find an item is based on the "Luck" of a job, which if I am not mistaken sets the value range of the items you can find.

I would consider changing your request for people to submit the cash Values of items they find on each job, if at least in addition to, the names. What you are attempting to do is probably the most thorough way to go about figuring out what possible items each job can yield, but it would most likely be just as useful to just list a low-high price range for each job (for example: Premium Ambush Stagecoach $1000-2700 --> which one can assume items they are looking for that fall between that range can possibly be found doing that job)
