How do you gain labor points?

Hello How do you gain labor points? I have been working like picking cotton, picking tobaco, shining shoes Just not sure what is keeping me from gaining labor points

You need to level up. When you level up, you get one attribute point and three skill points.

Then you decide to which skill you want to assign these points to. If you assign them the right way for a specific job, you gain labor points for that job.

I recommend you read the Help and the FAQ section by the way.

You don't exactly gain Labour Points.
Every time you level up (like bever said) you gain 1 Attribute and 3 Skills to spend anywhere.

To gain Labour Points in a job, when you level up, spend those skills in one skill which is required for the job.

or spend the points you get, in order to specialize. if you want to choose worker when the time comes- put your attribute points into strength and skill points into construction,repairing, and leadership. most of which would go to construction.

there are guides on the forum that help with how to specialize as a worker, dueler, adventurer, etc
