how do you take over a ghost town?
as title says.. im sure you can do this but how????

You can't be in a town. You click on the ghost town you want and then it will say found town? and you give it a name and it will start taking it over. You need some money to found it though. I am not sure how much though.

I hope you didn't build a town from scratch already...there's a lot of good ghost towns around nowadays...:sad:
