More weapons?

Any chance that any more weapons will be developed?

Maybe even the chance to balance out the difference between mellee and firearm weapons at higher levels?

EG : Best [normal] Mellee weapon is the sharp Cavalry Saber available at level 73, however you get the Colt Buntline [lv 75] and Precise Buntline [lv 78] for firearm duellers.

So Level 78 is the last level to look forward to for ANY type of new weapon, which just adds to the staleness at the higher levels doesn't it?

no need right now as we don't have many level 70+ players
and fort weapons are coming already

On World 1 there are 144 people level 70 and over. The highest is Level 91.

On World 3 there are 85 people level 70 and over. The highest is level 85.

The point is, people WILL get to those levels.

Just saying 'there aren't many people that level yet' is ignoring the problem.

How about a little bit of proactiveness and solving this issue BEFORE the majority of people get to those levels?

by that time forts will be released and more importance will be given to fort weapons and there will be a 4th weapon type(dueling weapon) available in fort shop (not sure about this)

I think The West team is smart enough to keep their players engaged and they are working on weapons, products, THE FORTS, etc...

Since all the fancy weapons already exist, all they have to do is create some quests or whatever to get them.
I doubt they will be spending time for completely new weapons, that would also require some change to the gunsmith as the best weapon comes with the last level atm.

gunsmith is already with highest level of build = 15
there will be new weapons in fort shop i think :)

for new weapons (not fort weapons) all they need to do is make the gunsmith go up to level 16 or 17 etc... same thing with clothing.

thats fort shop will have dueling weapons not fort weapons :nowink:

well, why the best melee weapon is not as good as the second best range weapon:mad:

ok look at this vigor duelers have HP profit
ranged duelers don't have HP bonus and they don't have any resistance giving them better weapons is a gud thing to do :laugh:

u have the most important skill in duel:aim:mad:
i think aim is more important than both tougness and HP

nope its not my ranged dueler is easily KOed by vigor duelers
now don't flame the topic about range vs vigor :nowink:
