Our final hour

Minnow saw her fall asleep agian he turned away from Aaron and walked back into the infirmary and thought *Well she's not dead* he knew she was asleep he saw her move he had been using his brian...for once he collected some paracetomol and placed them on the bedside table with a glass of filtered water and some rations for her he then turned around and walked out locking both her room door and the infirmary door as he went he then went back into his room and switched the camera's to the infirmary camera and Aaron's cell camera.

He then looked up both of there files to see if anything would come up...

Sit. Aaron was being confined to his quarters. He couldn't believe this. It...it was an outrage. Aaron got up and started punching the wall, kicking the bed and complaining, but then, he realized Thailia must be much worse off, *Man, that girl has guts* Aaron thought. He couldn't believe that Minnow had just knocked her out cold, not even giving her a second glance.

Aaron could almost feel the hidden cameras on him, he didn't care though, *Let Minnow watch us, see what good that does him* Aaron thought. Then more thoughts of Thailia came rushing towards him, he was amazed, this was the first girl that had actually made an impression on him. All the girls that he used to know wouldn't have been able to stand up to Minnow like that, heck even many of his old friends could....But his parents could have...yes, they could.

"Stop!" He yelled at himself. "Stop thinking about your danged parents, their dead! And death is weakness!" he shouted again. Aaron began to realize he had a serious problem.

Thailia bolted up. She hear Aarons screams through the metal walls.
She knew her escape was blocked by lasers. She had, howver, read of "bio lasers" which only blocked organic, living matter. She didn't know if the infirmary was blocked by these, but she grabbed onto a ration packet anyway. It was made of hard metal.
She saw the controls on a wall opposite the cell. She arched back her hand, and threw.
It went through.
She threw all of her packets and water, each hitting their mark. The water packet cracked open, spilling its contents onto the panel. It short circuted, and the lasers, including the cameras and microphones, went silent.
She stepped through, and ran towards Aarons's room.

But she ran into the infirmary's metal door as Minnow stood up he then said "Ugh won't they ever learn" he walked out of his room and typed in a code into the panel to turn on the inside cameras of the infirmary he made sure the door had a 3 combination lock with 5 digits in each combitnation he then put up ore defences of his own before saying through the old microphone system into the infirmary "It is no use the panel to unlock the door from the inside is electrified the water has been shut off and there is no escape one door in and out and steel reinforced with concrete walls the pad is electrified so the door is a definate no, Give it up or i shall use lethal force"

Minnow sat back and listened to her replie he knew she knew that there was a hidden backup...

She was, quite frankly, shocked by the door. She had not seen it, somehow, someway. The lasers must have "warped" light around their point, and had prevented her from seeing it. She was amazed at the bunker's state of technology.
She replied to Minnows statement with a mime of her blowing up a balloon. Her thumb represented the point of her to blow into, and another finger represented the balloon.
She looked around. She saw a vent, but Minnow could close it if she tried to escape. The speakers that had transmitted his voice were incased in bulletproof glass. The microphone that she could talk to him through was encased by a thin metal panel. She could easily kick through it, but she knew Minnow would kill her. She knew him too well.

On the surface, it was another story. Tripods roamed the earth, its inhabitants behind the massive structures.
They had found the door. It could be opened in days, but it would take much effort on their part to get in.
